Progressive Physical Therapy in Southern California

I came to Progressive with a frozen left shoulder. My therapist, Andrei Carballo, and his team did a wonderful job of getting the shoulder back to normal and teaching me the exercises I need to use to keep it that way.
The entire team at this Granada Hills location is friendly, helpful, and they all made it so easy to work with them! Many thanks!

Five stars isn't enough for Progressive Physical Therapy. Each time I've been treated there I've left happy (and healed.) The therapists and staff are well trained, extremely competent, and friendly.

The environment is pleasant -- it doesn't feel like a Dr's office or a gym, but a place people go to improve. The staff is always attentive and paying attention. (I've observed at other PT places where the staff gives instructions and then walks away to other patients -- not here.) They're willing to adapt to your needs and are always making sure that the activity isn't making things worse.

They're always busy, but I've never had a problem scheduling appointments -- no three week waits here.

Should I need PT again, I'll definitely be going back to Progressive.

Very personal treatment with great attention to details and patient's condition. Great atmosphere and stressless mood during the treatment. Variety of the exersizes offered to keep boredom away. And last but not least, the best results achieved wherever

They helped me immensely and now I’m fully able to do my daily activities. They spend a lot of time to working with me and were very thorough with my recovery process. This is my 2nd time in Physical Therapy. Requested to go back to the same place the girls are all amazing. This place has a wonderful atmosphere and the girls are all wonderful at what they do. My Therapist is Jessica she is brilliant. But all the girls know what they are doing. Wouldn't change this place for another ever. Thank you progressive for an amazing experience. I am an amputee and they all are so helpful, and kind. The girls up front have wonderful smiles every time I go in. Must be cause its a great place to be working in.

I like to thank Shannon at your Palmdale location for her professional care. Shannon is awesome this is my second go round in physical therapy. She took care of me in 2019 and now I'm back. Shannon have the love for what she do. Very patient and caring. But most of all very helpful. When my doctor ask me if I had a physical therapist, first thing I said, yes Shannon lol, then he asked me where do we find Shannon. My response was Progressive physical therapy in Palmdale. My experience with Selena Lilly and her team was excellent, both for by back problem and my balance problem. Not only did they correct my problems, they made it a pleasure to be with the team, they cared for you as a person in addition to solving your physical concerns.
Another important point is that all the therapies share the needs of their patients, so if your therapist is unavailable, one of the others can help you.
Overall, it was great experience and I would recommend Selena and Progressive Physical Therapy to anyone, any time, with any physical concerns.

I have nothing but great things to say about Progressive Physical Therapy. It is easy to find and plenty of parking. Most importantly the entire staff works extra hard to mend your health issues and make you feel comfortable at the same time. I have been seeing them for quite a while and I have been treated better than any other Therapy sessions I’ve had in the past. They also have an “Anti - Gravity Treadmill “ that works wonders and was recommended to me by my doctor. I am so glad I found Progressive Physical Therapy I can’t tell you. Go see Johna, Jocelyn, Andrea, Ashley and Patrick who will greet you. You will not be disappointed, they are very clean, sanitize all the time and just the best!

This place is amazing with lovely therapists. I mainly went in my third trimester for prenatal physical therapy to help relieve back pain and sciatica pain due to pregnancy. Miral has been my therapist for all three sessions and she is excellent. With each session, all the issues I was having during that session were completely gone. She has magical hands and I truly feel that anyone having any physical discomfort due to pregnancy should see Miral.

Professional and friendly environment. There’s always someone checking in on exercises to make sure they’re being done correctly - you’re not just given a set of movements to do and sent off to do them on your own. Effective treatment programs and high quality equipment with an awesome variety. 10/10 definitely recommend.

I loved my experience at Progressive. Dr. Shelly and her team (Julie, Kim and Samantha) were extremely nice. I went in for shoulder pain, and Dr. Shelly showed me where my shoulder was having issues. Educated me on how the shoulder works, where and what the muscles do and what we needed to work on. Now, three weeks of physical therapy and my shoulder feels so much better, I would say better than before. So I highly recommend Progressive for anyone who wants to not only feel better but wants to learn how make themselves better for the long run. Thanks you team Progressive.

When I first arrived at Progressive PT I could barely walk. Shelly was so kind and immediately loaned me a walker until I could get my own. I had been being treated by doctors prior to my visit and was in excruciating pain. The walker helped take the pressure off my hip and hamstring injury within the first day. Shelly, Justin and Julia worked closely with me for the next 2 1/2 months to create a thorough exercise program for my particular needs and challenged me. The first several weeks, my mobility was very limited and pain was high but with each PT session, I improved. With time, I greatly improved and I am pleased to say I have now completed my PT. All of the staff was always so helpful, patient and kind to me. I can't express enough how grateful I am to Shelly and her team for their magic in helping me heal. If I ever have to go to PT again, this is the place I will go to. Shelly really listens to her clients and works with them individually. She truly is a fabulous physical therapist and very, very experienced. Kim in the front office was always so kind and welcoming too. She would plan my appointments weeks ahead so that I could be sure to get appointments. Great staff and a great experience! I will continue to do my home exercises that the team suggested to me at the beginning of my therapy. Thank you all for helping me. I was in a bad situation when I first walked in and will forever be appreciative to you all for helping me to get back to normal.

If you’re looking for the best PT spot look no further you have found it!!! They are all amazing!! The ladies Sarah & Hanab in the front are kind, sweet & friendly and always in a good mood. I have learned a lot & progressed where every other PT place I have been to in the past decade and always had major set backs because they didn’t care. I almost gave up on PT but then I found this place and have never been happier. I have seen results instead of set backs. Christian is who helped my recover from Rotator cuff surgery & I saw Andrei twice. They are both great PT & would definitely recommend both. They are all very knowledgeable & so are the aids. They care for their patients, they are knowledgeable, friendly, kind and it’s always good energy in there. Like I said look no further you found the best PT spot.

I did something to my knee, and my insurance said I had to try physical therapy. I did research for Places in Santa Clarita that took my insurance and chose Progressive and I am glad that I did.

Getting an appointment was easy, kim at the front desk is very helpful, no a month of waiting to be seen and the paperwork was easy to fill out.

The facility is clean and everyone I've met has been so kind.

Huge thanks to my physical therapists Cody and Noelle, my knee feels much better.

At my first appointment Cody spent an hour with me assessing my issue and asking questions, he was very reassuring and made me feel much better about my situation since my doctors were not helpful.

Noelle and Cody are both very patient explaining and showing exactly how to do the exercises to my awkward clumsy self!

They are both very kind and encouraging and gentle in promoting corrections.

I am so grateful for this place.

The location itself is very bright and clean with lots of equipment .

I don't have a lot of experience with physical therapy places but I feel this place is taking better care of me than the last time I did physical therapy a few years ago- my last physical therapy experience elsewhere consisted of mostly ice, heat and tens machines and not a lot of exercises. I feel my recovery is progressing along quicker this time thanks to Progressive and their excellent staff

These people geek out about the mechanics and healing of human bodies, literally reading the latest research in moments between clients, or coming back from breaks. I'm pretty sure that's what they do for fun. Add to that a lot of compassion and excellent time management, and this is, with apologies to the nurse I dated in my early twenties and the inventors of Dilaudid, probably the best experience I've had interacting with medicine.

Some of their taste in music though. Oof.

All staff have been so caring and attentive. Bill has been my therapist for both a foot injury , as well as a neck and back injury. He is so knowledgeable, kind, and has endless patience. Every moment of my therapy time is filled with worthwhile activities and pain relief. His assistant, Kaci is amazing at helping clients do exercises correctly. Positively fantastic; could hardly imagine a better experience. Staff is genuinely amazing, doctors are extremely helpful and dedicated, and the facility is nice and well-equipped. Shout-outs to Megan, Kace (I think I spelled that right) and Gillian, if I had to throw out some names.
I was referred by Medi-Cal (foot injury, so far 4 months of therapy, a few weeks left) and never expected anything even close!! I would choose this spot again and again. Here's to many more
