Personal Training
Our personal training program for runners is geared to help all levels, from beginner to advanced.
As a program participant, you’ll undergo a detailed interview to determine your exercise history, medical history, and the best path to achieve your goals for fitness and races.
Following an in-depth physical assessment to accurately determine your strengths and weaknesses, you will be provided with a personalized exercise program to help prevent running injuries. With our years of running experience, we can also treat all of the sport-related injuries you may encounter. Custom orthotics, a tool all runners need, can also be fabricated for you by our therapists.
